We strive to deliver your artwork in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Damage Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately for any damage. If you notice any damage, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of taking delivery.
- Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the damaged item must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, boxes, and wrappings. Failure to return the item in its original packaging may result in the denial of your return request.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and any relevant images or documentation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the artwork.
- Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, at our discretion, within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please Note: that this policy applies only to items damaged during shipping and does not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or other factors beyond our control after delivery.
